FAQ'S
Where do I drop off my tapes if I choose not to use a courier?
You will be given the address and a code to access the safety lock box outside the Sydney Classic Office in your confirmation email. Once you have delivered the tapes and securely locked them we will be notified and retrieve the tapes as soon as possible.
If I choose courier, how quickly will they deliver my tapes?
Same day or following day depending on location.
Will my tapes be safe with a courier?
Every care will be taken in the delivery of your tapes. Using bubble wrap and professional packaging is advised for extra protection.
What is the best option for delivery?
We advise getting both a downloadable link and a USB so you have a physical option as well as a digital file in case you misplace the email with the link at any stage.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Conversion commencement date begins when the tapes arrive at the SC office.

Turn around times vary between 2-6 weeks depending on the scale of the job. If your conversions are urgent, please let us know before booking. Priority conversion fee will apply.

All courier charges will be included in the quote (if applicable).

You will receive a formal quote in response to your initial enquiry and a final invoice when your tapes have been converted. This invoice is to be paid before delivery of the final converted files.

All care and diligence will be exercised in the process of conversions. In the case of mechanical failure, fire, theft, accident, ill health or any mishap that prevents the fulfilment of the assignment, then liability is limited to monies already paid.

Due to the nature of older media formats we do receive material at times that are in very poor condition (eg. mould, oxidisation etc.) or unable to be transferred due to the way they have been stored, age or fragility. We strive to always give customers the best quality transfer possible. SC will let you know as soon as possible if your conversions are not able to go ahead.

SC will not be held liable for any accident or loss on the part of the courier. This will fall under their own liability terms.
