Before the SC crew can provide an accurate quote for your video, we need some information first. Please fill in the form below and tell us what you have in mind. You can also use our multi-file upload system at the end of the page to send us any files and documents (up to 1 GB) we will need to add to the edit.

Where applicable, please provide the following:

Your company's brand/style guide.

Any custom fonts in .ttf or .otf format

High definition .png of your company logo on transparent background

Any additional graphics/slides/media/music relating to your video/event

Video production will only commence once this information has been received.

Average turnaround time at Sydney Classic is up to 2 weeks, should you require an earlier delivery date, a priority editing surcharge will be applied to your quote.

Edit of footage will commence once we have received all requested collateral.

Due dates may vary, depending on receipt of collateral.

50% Deposit required before commencement of filming, unless discussed prior.

All care and diligence will be exercised in the performance of the above assignment. In the case of mechanical failure, fire, theft, accident, ill health or any mishap that prevents the fulfilment of the assignment, then liability is limited to monies already paid.

In the event of a cancellation, Sydney Classic Productions shall retain your deposit. In the case of postponement, all monies paid will be honoured and carried forward to the new arranged date (subject to availability).

Unless stated otherwise, Sydney Classic Productions is granted permission to use any digital content produced for social media and promotional purposes.
