FAQ's
What’s the difference between the Calm, Confident, and Magnetic pathways?
Calm is a one-off shoot with quick turnaround content delivery. You will end up with an on-brand content library to use as and when you wish.
Confident and Magnetic are both retainers where you will have regular shoots with us (Confident - 1 shoot every 2 months, Magnetic - 1 shoot every month) and we will edit your content for you so it's ready to post. You'll also receive all BTS footage from each shoot so you have more than enough to post each week.
Where will the shoots take place?
That's up to you. It depends on what sort of content you wish to create. It may be office or shop related content to show off where/how you work and speak to your staff or it could be more cinematic in nature and require a specific backdrop. We will discuss this at our initial alignment meeting.
How involved do I need to be each month?
We will need an initial 2 hour meeting to align with your brand tone and goals for your content. Thereafter we will only require your time on shoot days where we will begin with a team brief/update on any changes to your brand/business we may need to know about. You will also be emailed all videos for approval before the finals are sent to you. Allow a little bit of time to review these once a month or once every two months depending on your pathway.
Can I move between pathways as my business grows?
Absolutely.
Do you follow trends or create original strategy-led content?
We create original pieces that represent you. You are one of a kind and so your content will always be one of a kind. However, if there is a trend that is perfectly aligned with your brand that you would like to jump on, we are always open to that.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Only the monthly retainer investment.
Will you help refine my personal brand or messaging if it’s not clear yet?
We are always happy to offer our industry advice and assist in clarifying your brand voice and messaging where needed.
Do you offer strategy calls or check-ins?
Before we commence each shoot we will do a check in/team brief regarding any changes to the vision, message, service or product to ensure the content we create is always aligned with your goals. We are of course available for a phone or zoom chat in between shoot dates where needed too.
How many revisions are included?
Each video includes 2 waves of revisions. After the first round of content has been created, we know your brand and tone well enough to require only very minimal amendments, if any.
How long is the minimum commitment?
We recommend a minimum of 3-4 months to be able to see the increased engagement your content is creating AND to feel the benefits of the extra spaciousness in your creative bandwidth and weekly schedule.
Can this work for businesses and personal brands?
Absolutely. This is for anyone with a message, service or product who wants to expand their visibility and gain some of that golden creative energy and time back.
